Feasibility Studies
Simply having a great idea does not necessarily mean you will have a successful product - a good idea is only around 6% of a success story.
A short term feasibility study tends to be low cost and will highlight the strengths and weaknesses of a project. A small investment at an early stage can minimise the risk of complex and costly problems further down the product lifecycle. Far better than finding you lose large sums of money on a product which fails!
The feasibility study will:

- Identify areas of risk.
- Recommend risk minimisation strategies.
- Establish a design implementation strategy.
- Serves as the basis for future technology development.
