In a world where too many companies provide similar products & services, developed by similar thinking and business processes, manufactured in similar places at similar costs with similar lack of identity sold at similar prices to not so similar people.
So why keep doing it?
Ideas3 was started as a response to this thinking in 2005 by Robert Sternick, winner of the 2006 Management Consultancy Awards Prestigious Gold Award.
Coming from an engineering, manufacturing, and marketing background with over 20 years experience of successfully managing international companies world wide in various market sectors, Robert was frustrated at the levels of conservatism in industry and the resistance to real innovation.
Having built numerous businesses world wide and proven that it was possible to run an international manufacturing company in the UK profitably he decided it was time to provide companies with new ways of thinking in order to differentiate themselves and make their products and services really come alive.
An introduction by John Moulton of Alchemy Partners to Habib Hussein and Dr Mark Allen winners of the E-synergy entrepreneurship award 2004 provided him with two accomplices, with similar non-conformist attitudes and strong backgrounds in Industrial Design and innovative technologies including Mechatronics, Haptics and Smart Materials. Thus Ideas3 Ltd was born.
